Voyage XII is a white wine crafted from an even blend of Savagnin and Sauvignon grapes, grown on blue-marl and molasse soils. The grapes undergo direct pressing, and the juice ferments in large oak demi-muids; the wine then matures in those same barrels for 18 months before bottling. This first genuine vintage, from vines planted in 2018, yielded only 700 bottles — making it a rare and deliberate release. The wine offers a refined expression of its terroir, balancing freshness and depth — ideal either to enjoy now or to age for a few years.
Grapes: Savagnin & Sauvignon Blanc
Alcoholpercentage: 13%
Vinification: Direct press, fermentation in large oak demi-muids; the wine then matures in those same barrels for 18 months before bottling.
Appearance: A pale to medium-straw yellow, with a light gold tint and good clarity (typical of a fresh white wine that has seen oak aging).
Nose & Palate: Delicate aromas of pear, white peach, light citrus, and a subtle mineral note lead into a medium-bodied palate with fresh structure. Gentle roundness and a hint of soft spice from the long aging in demi-muids add depth without losing purity.

WHAT TYPE OF GROWERS WE WORK WITH
OIur wines are a reflection of nature's truest form. We partner only with biodynamic vineyards—places where vines are nurtured with a reverence for the earth and a deep respect for natural rhythms. These vineyards view the soil not as a means to an end but as a living, breathing ecosystem. By working in harmony with the land, they cultivate wines that are as alive as the soils they spring from.
Our wines hold the pure expression of the vine, untouched by chemical interference and guided by the wisdom of traditional methods. Each bottle carries an honest snapshot of its origin: the seasons, the hands that tended the vines, and the character of the soil itself. These are wines with a pulse, honest and unapologetic, offering a taste of nature in its unaltered state.
