Silice en Bulles 2020 is a refined sparkling wine from Reynaud Héaulé in the Loire Valley. Made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Menu Pineau, it spent four years aging on its lees before disgorgement, resulting in remarkable depth, precision and finesse.
Origin: Loire Valley, France Grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Menu Pineau Style: Traditional method sparkling wine Year: 2020 Alcohol: 12% (adjust if your bottle states otherwise)
Produced using the traditional method, the base wine underwent a slow secondary fermentation in bottle before resting on its lees for 48 months. This extended aging builds texture and complexity while preserving freshness and elegance. Bottled with minimal intervention.
The nose opens with citrus zest, orchard fruit and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut and wet stone. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, driven by fine, persistent bubbles, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.
Silice en Bulles is an elegant sparkling wine suited both as an aperitif and at the table. Pair it with oysters, shellfish, sushi, soft cheeses or simply enjoy it well chilled on its own.

WHAT TYPE OF GROWERS WE WORK WITH
OIur wines are a reflection of nature's truest form. We partner only with biodynamic vineyards—places where vines are nurtured with a reverence for the earth and a deep respect for natural rhythms. These vineyards view the soil not as a means to an end but as a living, breathing ecosystem. By working in harmony with the land, they cultivate wines that are as alive as the soils they spring from.
Our wines hold the pure expression of the vine, untouched by chemical interference and guided by the wisdom of traditional methods. Each bottle carries an honest snapshot of its origin: the seasons, the hands that tended the vines, and the character of the soil itself. These are wines with a pulse, honest and unapologetic, offering a taste of nature in its unaltered state.
