Shake and Bake 2024 is DRAP's fresh and playful take on a light red, combining Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from carefully selected German vineyards. Produced in a challenging vintage with low yields but exceptional fruit quality, the wine highlights purity, freshness and drinkability over extraction, resulting in an elegant red that is best enjoyed with a slight chill.
Origin: Germany Grapes: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Style: Very light red Year: 2024 Alcohol: 11.9% Vinification: The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are pressed directly and fermented separately in their own wooden barrels. Aged for 7 months to preserve freshness and vibrant fruit. Handpicked, bottled unfiltered, with no additives.
Bright red berries, fresh cherries and wild strawberries are lifted by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral edge from the diverse soils of schist, clay and granite. The direct pressing and short élevage create a silky, juicy wine with remarkable freshness and effortless drinkability.
Shake and Bake is a beautifully delicate red that sits somewhere between a structured rosé and a classic Pinot Noir. Serve lightly chilled alongside charcuterie, grilled vegetables, roast chicken or simply as an aperitif.

WHAT TYPE OF GROWERS WE WORK WITH
OIur wines are a reflection of nature's truest form. We partner only with biodynamic vineyards—places where vines are nurtured with a reverence for the earth and a deep respect for natural rhythms. These vineyards view the soil not as a means to an end but as a living, breathing ecosystem. By working in harmony with the land, they cultivate wines that are as alive as the soils they spring from.
Our wines hold the pure expression of the vine, untouched by chemical interference and guided by the wisdom of traditional methods. Each bottle carries an honest snapshot of its origin: the seasons, the hands that tended the vines, and the character of the soil itself. These are wines with a pulse, honest and unapologetic, offering a taste of nature in its unaltered state.
