A truly unique creation from Clos Bateau, Sang de Terre is crafted using Pinot Noir and vinified in Georgian qvevri buried in their garden. With an extended maceration of 10 months, this wine is a labor of love, expressing deep complexity and character. After pressing with a traditional wooden press, the wine rested for 1.5 months in a barrel before bottling, resulting in a bold and expressive cuvée.
