Nacho Gonzalez, a progressive natural winemaker from Galicia, the northern part of Spain.
With a vineyard only 4 hectares passed on by his grandmother he produces just 12,000 bottles a year. The vineyards (1940-1960) from witch the soil is most granite, clay and limestone produces beautiful wines and blends from white and red grapes.
Doña Branco, Godello, Garnacha Tintorera, Petit Bouschet, Sumoll, Palomino, Mouraton, Mencia.

Tastingnotes: Very fresh lighter red wine, cranberries, strawberries, rhubarb, tomato, mineral.
Served: 10-12°
Terroir & vinification: Hand-harvested separately from the rest of the vines and destemmed, macerated for 5 days before being gently pressed, then the wine moves to old French oak barrels till bottled. Bottled without filtering, no additives.
