Šumenjak's 2021 Pinot Grigio is a biodynamic orange wine from Slovenia, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on skins for 3 days and in oak for 1 year. It has a copper color, with aromas of dried apricots, quince, and herbs, and flavors of dried fruit, smoke, and minerals. With 13.5% alcohol, it pairs well with spicy cheeses, olives, and charcuterie.
