Nacho Gonzalez, a progressive natural winemaker from Galicia, the northern part of Spain.
With a vineyard only 4 hectares passed on by his grandmother he produces just 12,000 bottles a year. The vineyards (1940-1960) from witch the soil is most granite, clay and limestone produces beautiful wines and blends from white and red grapes.
Doña Branco, Godello, Garnacha Tintorera, Petit Bouschet, Sumoll, Palomino, Mouraton, Mencia.

Tastingnotes: Complex but perfectly balanced. Plums, blackberries, cherry, raspberry, earthy, fine tannins.
Served: 10-12°
Terroir & vinification: Clay & Granite soil, hand-harvested separately from the rest of the vines and destemmed. 6 months in Tinajas Amforas of 400 ml, 6 months riping in the bottle.
