Crafted by Staffelter Hof—one of the world's oldest wineries dating back to 862—this natural wine is a blend of grapes that are organically farmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in separate batches. After blending, the wine goes through malolactic fermentation in 1,900-liter oak barrels and is hand-bottled straight from the cask.
