Combining the freshness and floral lift of the 2024 harvest with the richer, more developed character of 2023, this amber-hued wine is both vibrant and beautifully layered.
Origin: Germany Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris (2023 & 2024 vintages) Style: Orange rosé Year: 2023 × 2024 Alcohol: 11.5% Vinification: Pinot Gris harvested from the same vineyard over two consecutive vintages. The grapes undergo approximately 14 days of passive skin maceration before pressing, followed by ageing in ex-Burgundy and ex-Beaujolais oak barrels. Handpicked, bottled unfiltered, with no additives.
The extended skin contact brings delicate tannins and aromas of stone fruit, citrus peel and wild flowers, while the older vintage contributes additional texture and savoury depth. The result is a wine with freshness, structure and remarkable balance.
