Inhale / Exhale 2023 is DRAP's expressive take on orange wine, made from 100% Belgian Souvignier Gris grown in Limburg. This PIWI variety is naturally disease-resistant and particularly well suited to Belgium's cool climate. Harvested late in the season, the grapes benefit from colder temperatures, allowing for a slow and gentle skin maceration that builds texture and aromatic complexity.
