A unique and expressive blend of 50% Pinot Gris (2022) from Alsace, France, and 50% Dornfelder (2023) from Germany. This wine artfully combines orange macerated Pinot Gris with direct-pressed Dornfelder, resulting in a light, vibrant rosé wine with remarkable depth and freshness.

Vinification:
Pinot Gris: Semi-carbonic maceration for 4 weeks without pigeage, then pressed and transferred directly to Bordelaise barrels for fermentation.
Dornfelder: Pressed 11 hours after harvest, followed by primary fermentation in inox and aging on gross lees in 220L wooden barrels until the final blending.
Terroir:
Pinot Gris (Alsace): Sandstone and granite soils.
Dornfelder (Germany): Porphyry rock and clay soils.
Flavor Profile: A harmonious blend showcasing vibrant fruit from the Dornfelder and textured complexity from the macerated Pinot Gris. The wine offers freshness, light body, and a compelling interplay of red and orange wine characteristics.
Additives: None. Made without sulfur or interventions like débourbage, pigeage, delestage, or pied de cuve.
