A super young, fruity red wine crafted from 70% Mourvèdre and 30% Grenache Noir, harvested from a small vineyard directly in front of Théophile and Natalie Milan's home. Picked in late August 2024 and bottled shortly after, this wine is light, fresh, and juicy, with minimal sulfite addition at bottling.
Théophile Milan continues his family's winemaking legacy with this Nouveau, inspired by the traditional Beaujolais Nouveau style. Made using macération carbonique, the name Milan Nouveau also celebrates Théophile as the “new” Milan, stepping into the shoes of his father, Henri. Uncomplicated yet well-crafted, this wine is delightfully easy-drinking and full of youthful energy.

WHAT TYPE OF GROWERS WE WORK WITH
OIur wines are a reflection of nature's truest form. We partner only with biodynamic vineyards—places where vines are nurtured with a reverence for the earth and a deep respect for natural rhythms. These vineyards view the soil not as a means to an end but as a living, breathing ecosystem. By working in harmony with the land, they cultivate wines that are as alive as the soils they spring from.
Our wines hold the pure expression of the vine, untouched by chemical interference and guided by the wisdom of traditional methods. Each bottle carries an honest snapshot of its origin: the seasons, the hands that tended the vines, and the character of the soil itself. These are wines with a pulse, honest and unapologetic, offering a taste of nature in its unaltered state.
