Briljant is an elegant Brut Nature sparkling wine made 100% from Chardonnay using the traditional method. It shows a light pale-yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.
On the nose, it is fresh and natural, with aromas of crisp white fruit and subtle hints of yeast and brioche from extended lees aging. The palate is crisp, dry, balanced, and refined, combining bright freshness with delicate complexity.
It pairs beautifully with seafood, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses, and is best served chilled to highlight its pure, natural character.
