Babatise combines biodynamically grown Sylvaner, Riesling, and a touch of Gewürztraminer from Alsace, sourced from schist-rich soils. With a peachy hue and a velvety texture imparted by aging on the lees of Mayga (Gamay), this wine defies convention while delivering a fresh and intriguing experience.
